Bottle. Amber beer with a low cream head. Tart and wine flavor with light sweet malt. Tart and light fruity flavor with light oak. Medium bodied. Tart and light sourness lingers with light acetic notes, fruitiness, and light oak.

>> Clear golden pour, thicker beige foam. Dog breath and apple cider vinegar nose. Extreme white wine and bracing acetic acid in taste. Drinkable but hefty limeade and white wine/ apple cider vinegar. Salty. Big acetic all around.

Bottle. Virtually no head. Body is light amber. Aroma is lightly malty (caramel), with notes of oak, vanilla, cherry, brown sugar, apple/pear syrup. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately to heavily acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately to heavily acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, lightly to moderately astringent. Smells like it will be too sweet, but it isn’t; the acidity is quite bracing, and the tannins help too. It’s not all that complex, but it’s certainly pleasant.

Clear brown amber pour with little head. Somewhat sour acid and wild yeasty smell. Tart fruity taste, gueuze like, with the yeast in the background and also the bordeaux peaking through.Thin and dry mouthfeel with hardly any carbonation. Nice sour ale!

500ml bottle in a tulip. Pours deep copper with no head. Aroma of sourness/tartness, some funky notes, oak and wine, some fruits, and pale/caramel malts. Flavor the same with a great blend of the sourness, oak, and fruits. Would have a better texture if there was more carbonation. A good sour ale, but the carbonation lacking sort of hurts it.
