No head or carbonation. Still a bit cloudy. Acidity is overwhelming in the aroma and taste. More like vinaigre and citric acid. Some wood and clove. Not my cup of tea.

Beer from Belgian e-shop Pours very clear, copperish color. Beige head, lasting. Bret funk in the aroma, light barnyard, fruity bret, oak, sourness(mainly lactic), some malty notes, amazing. Taste of oak, quite strong lactic tartness, some vanilla, maybe some acetic acid, wood. Very dry, quite high carbonation. Not very ballanced but very good beer nonetheless.

BBD: Oct 2018. Batch:631.
In short: infected beer?.
Pours hazy copper, totally flat beer, really sour and dry. Liveless. I guess i got a bad bottle (another bottle from the same batch was cranked up to check it and it was almost the same)

@ Borefts 2014. Pour like peach ice tea, with a thin ring of white head. Aroma of balsamic vinegar, green apples, sour sweet, somewhat tart. Taste is pretty sour, but with some sweetness to back it up. Watery, but rather oily bodied, with a fizzy carb. Quite refreshing.
