(Bottle) Slightly sour aroma with clear hints of yeast and hops. Tastes sour yeast and spicy hops. Too many flavors competing for attention and it feels somewhat edgy!

Tasted in 2010 (backlog). Cloudy gold with a small off-white head. Aroma is of grass and fruit. Taste is the same with some herbal leafy notes.

33 cl shared bottle. ABV is 7,8%. Cap reads "PDR" . Large beige spritzy head on a hazy orange body. Wooden, peachy, orange marmelade pollen nose. Heavily overcarbonated. Malty sweet, alco warm, fruity, bitter. Full body. Unbalanced.

330 ml shared stubby bottle, thanks to abemorsten. ABV is 7.8%. Deep golden to orange colour, huge white head. Sweetish aroma of slightly stale orange marmalade and belgian ale yeast. Yeasty and spicy pleasant flavour, nice to drink, despite too much carbonation in the mouth. Tolerable hops.

smells bitter with a weird touch to it ( age?) very carbonated ( dissapointing for struise-standards here) the probably once dominating hoppy taste has faded more in the background in this vintage. bitter, sweetness.. dont get a lot due to the extremely high carbo ( duvel times 3 !! ) hoppy aftertaste.
this beer would be better with less carbo for sure! , prob its also gotten a bit to old. ytet , despite all this, its still a nice drink

Bottle.Terrible gusher, leaves a small off-white head over a cloudy golden body. Aroma is citrussy, caramel malts. Taste is fruity, dark malts, yeast, high bitterness, there is some strange, bad taste presence here, not supposed to taste like this, me thinks, a bit off. But still drinkable

Bananatastic! Pours (lively) cloudy amber colour with huge off-white head. Massive banana aroma! Taste is citrus, hoppy and yet more banana. Nice bitter finish. A strange one but maybe I was in a strange mood as I really enjoyed it.

2 year old bottle which probably was not looked after. The bottle gushed all over the place. Straw colour with lively carbonation. Funky aroma, little farmyard and citrus. Also a little acidity / sharpness in the nose. Flavour in ultra dry with brett character

M’encanta aromàticament. No em cansaria d’olorar-la. Notes de caramel, espècies, fruita àcida i herbes. En boca és cremosa, amb un punt dolç i un final amarg. Complexa i molt interessant. La única pega és la seva dificultat de trobar. Gran.

Gift from SJ. I love Belgian Strongs, and this one didn’t dissapoint.
A nice blend of orange, spice, caramel and lemon. Nice smooth and sweet balance with a bread and bitter finish.
