M’encanta aromŕticament. No em cansaria d’olorar-la. Notes de caramel, espčcies, fruita ŕcida i herbes. En boca és cremosa, amb un punt dolç i un final amarg. Complexa i molt interessant. La única pega és la seva dificultat de trobar. Gran.

Bottle pre-zbf Alvinne & at PZT. A wonderful amber beer with medium head. Aroma very hoppy. Amazin Flavour -full ripe sweet peaches, tangerine and grapefruit finish packed with big bold hops which complement this beer perfectly. The bitter finish is pleasant and not too dry. Bottled 33cl. ABV 7.8. Courtesy of derDoppelbock and Bov. Appearance: It pours a hazy amber beer with a creamy, nicely remaining average sized light beige head. Good lacework. Aroma: Very pronounced hop resin, quinces, apricot, peach, grapefruit, pine needles and red berries showing up. Faintly yeasty. There are some lactic components aswell which are accompanied a whiff of caramel, pineapple, licorice root, clotted cream and pine needles. Extremely fresh and inviting. Flavor and palate: Medium bodied. Wonderful hop profile balanced by a flawless malty background. More sweetness than expected whilst nosing. Perfectly balanced. Good but not overwhelming bitterness- very pleasant and really smooth. Some licorice apparent on the swallow. Peppery. Reminiscence of nutmeg and blackberry. The finish is dry and offers a lingering and slightly numbing sensation of sage, tobacco, licorice and hop resin. Overall impression: Sublime! Perfect balance. Deeply pleasant. Thanks a lot derDoppelbock!

Alround rating: Excellent clean peachy character, fresh bittering hop like actually green wet hop freshness, citrus, bit of pine resin, all sorts of other fruityness going on.

A Mes rate. Bottle at home with Ang.
Attractive amber brown with an impressive light beige head. Very slight butter on the nose but it’s held easily in check by some awesome caramel malt massive sweet fruity notes (almost strawberries and cream) and just a lick of grassy hops. The flavour is more of the same really. Highly unusual and there’s that glorious strawberries and cream note, or maybe it’s rhubarb and custard. Whatever it is it’s rather delightful. The hops are much more apparrent in the mouth. A good level of bitterness and it lingers really well in the finish. Just a hint of spice and pepper. Basically it’s just about as mad as the folks (love you guys) and really enjoyable, even if I’m not totally certain why. Faint hint of minerals and sourness in the aftertaste rounds it off really well. Like it a lot.

Very big thanks to HogTownHarry for sharing this with me. Appearance: Beautiful orange, yeast clouds sitting still like jelly. Nice off white head. Aroma: Could smell it from an arms length! Jellybeans, pine, hops, strawberries, marijuana, quite sweet, smells great. Flavour: Woah, pine, dust, pineapple, apples, sour, peppery and a lovely long, sharp finish. Nice.

Bottle at the school thanks to Urbain. Pours semi-clear, amber-gold with a white head. Aroma holds a nice array of hops. Flavor is medium sweet with bitterness of pine, grass and grapefruit. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Dries out a bit in the finish with modest sugars and a nice hop kick. Great beer.
