Bottle shared with Vetiafan. Has a deep hazy brown colour with a small off-white head. Sour aroma of oak, red wine, sour berries, dried fruit, cocoa and some barnyard. Complex. The flavour is pretty sour and vinous with red currants and oak, Has a dry ending. Slick mouth feel, and has a light berry bitternes. The aroma is nice and multi-dimensional, but appears very sour in the mouth.

50cl, as Alvinne Undressed (aged in Bordeaux wine barrels), new exclusive brew Anno 2012, from the brewery, complex sour brew, malty/vinous and slightly woody/alcoholic, balanced, cloudy, nearly no head, good brew, yet expensive!

Bottle from Vika enjoyed at home
Dark red wine colored, small head that vanish really fast. Smells of plums, grape, oak, red wine, caramel and malts. Also traces of mild funk. Taste is moderate sweet, quite fruity, medium sour, some wine and fruits in there, you really can tell this has been on a barrell for some time. The sourness from the clean undressed has been quite tamed here. I really like it. The undressed suits BA quite well. Nice one from Alvinne.

50cl bottle. It pours a mostly clear copper colour with a few white bubbles. Aroma is vinous with some red fruits and vinegar. Acidic and vinous taste with lots of dried fruits and slight alcohol. Thin mouthfeel and soft carbonation. Definitely good effort.

Borefts Beer Festival IV. Day 2. Hazy red - brown beer. little pale tan head. Light dry palate, slightly soft and dry. Mild red wine and red berry fruits. Not too sour, but could use a little more BA. Dry finish.
