I really like this one. It pours with a very light, but slightly cloudy yellow and a clean white head. The taste is super light and refreshing, and a welcome beer on a very warm day.

Aromas of citrus and bread.
Flavors are the same with hints straw and belgian spice. While it is a good beer, it lacked something. I felt like it was very plain.

750 ml corked and caged bottle from Local Market Basket. A near clear yellow in color. Small retention in a Weizen Glass. Big fruit nose, mostly lemon. Lemon is the only true descriptive aroma. Flavor is lemon, wheat malt, and some mild spice. I wouldn’t say coriander (because I drink a lot of Wits) More like pepper. Carbonation gives it a good lively tingle on the tongue. It’s refreshing and goes down with ease. Not bad at all, no flaws. I wouldn’t turn this down if offered however, at $9.99 I can find MUCH better examples of a Belgian Witbier.

Bottle as in the picture. Cloudy yellow appearance with a light white head that leaves us quickly. Really fruity aroma of apricots, peach and lemon. Flavour has loads of lemon and softness of the wheat. Fruityness also returns in the flavour. Good witbier.

Pours cloudy, pale yellow with a large frothy white head that diminishes fairly quickly. There is an initial apricot burst in the nose. It is quite sharp and forward. A slight maltiness is there as well. Flavor is mild wheat and straw. The body is very thin and yet manages to be oily at the same time. There is a slight wheat bite at the end. If the flavor stood up to the nose this would be quite good. As it is, meh.

4.5% cloudy yellow colour with no head, yeast aroma, citrus taste, not bad for a French blanche.

Bottle @ home. A little bit hazy but mostly clear, light yellow appearance with a fluffy white head. Incredibly citrusy nose (heavy, heavy lemon, mild orange, moderate citrus sourness). I don’t think I’ve ever smelled a more lemon-centric beer and though it doesn’t exactly follow the style exactly, I love it. Easy drinking, strong lemon, mild to moderately sour citrusness, light wheat flavor. I’m really surprised about the dominance of the lemon in this beer- almost like lemonade or a radler.

...had this one from an ABC in the Villages. Very light yellow, straw with a white fizzy head. Light bodied, a little overly carbonated with some lemon and citrus. Finished clean with some orange and wheat. Not bad, but could have been better.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 TET (786) - FINLAND - JUL 29, 2011
Light yellow beer with a medium and white head. Citrus and slightly coriander aroma, wheat, some dishwasher cleaner and gin long drink; weird but still quite temptating and fresh aroma. Taste is lemony, wheat, slightly spicy and also gin long drink. Light and lots of carbonation, however, refreshning and nice to drink. Weird, but also interesting, unique wit; soda- and gin long drink nuancees, refreshning beer.
