ABV: 5.0%. Unclear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, light hoppy, light yeasty, eggy. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, long hop bitter finish, hay - grass bitter, dry, acrid bitter note. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft but also very lively like a cola, finish feel is light metalic. IMO to carbonate and gassy ;O( [20111110]

1l bottle from the brewery. Hazy pale golden yellow, big, creamy white head. Lovely floral hop aroma. Light and elegant malty base with a fide sweetness, lots of grassy, resiny and floral hops. Lingering bitter-aromatic hop finish. Smooth palate - a well crafted beer, a pleasant surprise.

Clear golden with a medium white head. Malty nose with hints of caramel. Malty flavour with hints of grassy hops and caramel. Finished dry and bitter.

Draught at the bräuhaus, 5.1% ABV
Cloudy blond color. Light aroma of malt and hop, also some dirty water. There is some malt flavor, some hop and traces of Münich malt (the darker malts are more evident in the end), but none of these has really noble qualities. The result is surely better than the industrial mass Lager, but not enough to dream for.
