3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle @ Guren. Exp 07/10. Still good carbonation with a sound opening the flask. Dark Amber clear. Clean malty oak biscuit notes. Some dried raisins. Smooth low carb. Nice malty flavours. Rather complex and still fine after all these years.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
The foam formation is restricted, and the flavoring is the well known wheat malt on a base of light caramel. The taste is slightly sweet with caramel in the background and otherwise with the wheat malts familiar freshness of freshly cut grain. A dunkel weiss not protrude much from its type. With my previous experiences at Amager Brewery I had a higher expectation. However, the tasty and good, but without actual identity.

Pours murky red color with a small head. Aroma of fruits, berries, yeast, some grass and malts. Flavor of berries, mild fruits, yeast, wheat, malts and caramel. Weird.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
21st November 2009
Cloudy red - brown beer. Crisp palate turning softer. Light malt seamlessly blended with orange and peach fruits. Light sourness and a touch of coca cola. Alongside all this is a little chocolate. Finishes soft and a little dry with more of the same flavours. Quite complex for it’s abv.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
50cl Bottle from De Molen, BB 07/10. Slightly hazy reddish brown colour, off white head. Aroma of sweet caramel, rye, some port notes. Flavour is caramel, light malty, port, rye, yeast, sweet sticky finish, hint of glue. Light to medium bodied. No real weizen characteristics anymore.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 16/20
Creamy small head yellow to tan head, reddish brown body. Champagne notes, mango, cake and milky. Interesting and original taste. Taste disappoints. Nice light sweetness but only one flavour through the profile. Also a bit thin. Still very enjoyable. Older bottle. (50cl bottle)

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Quite old bottle. BB 07-10
Dark amber colour, small beige head. Aroma of malts, caramel, wheat, slight smoke, surprisingly light on banana for a dunkelweizen. Flavour quite sweet, caramel, slight fruity notes. Bit thin body, quite short finsh.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled, BBD 07/10. Red brown color, off white head. Aroma: red fruit, brown sugar, sticky toffee. Flavor: lightly sweet, fruity, somewhat yeasty. Thin on the palate. No aftertaste to speak of. Is this really a dunkelweizen?

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle at home, shared with DutchDrebus. Don’t really like dunkelweizen, but this could very well be one of the highest dunkelweizen I’ve rated. So in short: (a little) better than other dunkelweizen, but still not really pleasing to me.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
50 cl bottle @ Gastropub Nordic. #286: BBE 07.2012.
Rather stale aroma with lot of metal and some blueberries. Flavour is rather intense with sourish and unpleasantly bitter blueberries and salty liquorice. Weird stuff and rather far from dunkelweisse, also did not form a foam like one. I would call this a fruit beer.
