COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass: Batch 583: Thanks Papsø: Beautiful amber pour. Medium sized light creamy amberish tangerine colored foamy head on top of a hazy deep dark amber colored beer. Looks good! Aroma has a very nice hop tone with some hop fruits, some malts, cream and creamy oatmeal. Also some creamy herbs and some creamy soapy wood tones. Very nice aroma! Flavours is a good mix between malts, bitters, hops, some cream and yeast, with a woody, soapy and light spicy edge. Nice! Aftertaste is a mix of hops, bitters, flowers, malts, light sparkling/spicy tone on te tongue and some crispy floral tones. Crispy and clean! Low carbo, soft creamy mouthfeel, medium to fuller body and a creamy texture. Lovely and welcome beer! Yummi!

Skinnyviking (6746) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 27, 2013
Draught. Low and quickly disappearing white fluffy head. Hazy muddy waters looking brown body. Fruity grassy hops dominated aroma. Flavor likewise relatively grassy with a nice hops bitterness but the malt base is solid and apples and citrus can be spotted as well. High carbonation and a long bitter finish makes it a pleasure to drink.

Draft at Cafe Langebrp. Amber, oh yeah, decent off white head and retention. Caramel, toasted malts, floral, peachy fruity. Lovely nose. Sweet malty flavor with a rich hop bill, slightly greasy, but not overtly bitter finish. High drinkabillity. Nice.

Bottle 50cl from Henrik, a cloudy amber ruby beer with huge copper head. Nose is intense on caramel, honey and pine. Aroma is again on dry caramel, honey with hops resin touch and grassy hops, smooth blond caramel body, well balanced, good fresh apricot notes, long bitterness duration at the finish, good !
