COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. An unclear, amber colored beer with a dense, light beige head of moderate size. The aroma has some alcohol, booze actually, with wood, caramel and some dried fruit notes. Quite nice but a tad boozy. The same goes for the flavor. Wood, bourbon, some vanilla hints and dried fruits. Resin notes. It’s full-bodied and warming, with a pleasant carbonation level. Lasting finish. Too woody and boozy this one, but it’s nice anyway. 150124

Bottle batch 708, best before 2019-05. Dark brown with a small good lacing beige head. Lots of bourbon and sugar in the nose. This works well. Alcohol balances the sweetness and heats the boilers. Flavour has dark fruits, coconut, vanilla, white wood, warming alcohol, sugar. Full body, soft carbonation, medium/heavy sweet with bitterness and alcohol to balance it. Soft mouthfeel and long bourbon finish.
