UPDATED: NOV 10, 2012 Cask at Ørsted, Copenhagen. Clear brown pour with a thin round head and broken lace. Some floral hops in the relatively weak aroma. The flavour is immensely floral and bitter that hits the palate immediately and that bitter aftertaste sticks around for quite a while. A very flavourful and drinkable beer, but the bitterness is extreme. Nice to taste and a very refreshing ale!
