sayravai (3048), Helsinki, Finland May 9, 2008 (Bottled) Opaque orange with a smallish, lightly lacy head. Very yeasty-lemony aroma with orange and coriander. Orange-lemony-hoppy, very fruity flavor with yeast and spices. Light to medium body with pretty low carbonation. Actually a quite pleasant and low-ABV Belgian/Blond Ale hybrid for the summer. oh6gdx (5901), Vaasa, Finland Apr 21, 2008 Bottled. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits, spices, yeast and herbs. Also quite nectary notes. Flavour is quite sour fruits, some wheat, herbs, mild spicing and quite yeasty. Also some slight toffeeishness as it warms up. TBone (4975), Pori, Finland Apr 17, 2008 Bottled 0,5 ltr, batch #84 (BB 02/2009)
Hazy orange color, small white head. Fruity (mango, dried apricot) nose with spicey touch. Fruit sugars and apricot in the flavor. A bit grainy and wheaty aftertaste. Not overly impressive Belgian ale from Amager. Dedollewaitor (2041), Odense, Denmark May 20, 2008 Bottle at Aarhus beerfestival: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma has yeast & fruits (citrus). Some spices. An OK palate. Finishes dry. One of the less interesting brews from the brewery! ChristianScheffel (2104), Odense, Denmark Apr 23, 2008 Hazy yellow with a medium white head. Straw and grain aroma, with weak spice, pineapple and mango. Flavour is sweetish and mostly malt. There are better blondes out there, but keep educating your wives and you may be allowed to do a 50IBU imperial blonde one day!
