COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: Granted, it was damn ’ difficult, but our customers asked for such a beer, we are actually quite proud of the fact that we succeeded. What we have succeeded with is to produce a beer that is not already from the first sip an attack on your tastebuds with a screeching hop bitterness and oceans of alcohol. Bryggen’s Blonde is probably best described as a beer with a gentle appearance that appeals to the thoughtful segment, rather than the tanned, hardened beer enthusiasts. In the glass it appears a warm golden beer both creamy and delicious. The scent is rich in floral tones and a slight hint of yeast reveals the Belgian inspiration.
With Bryggens Blond we would like to thank those of our customers who reminded us that a good beer does not always have to be a wild and violent experience.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt , hops, sweet orange zest and yeast

Bottle from Fish & Beer, Copenhagen - Golden pour with a frothy white head. Fresh but subdued hoppy notes, herby, floral nuances, some sweet light malt/yeast in there. Decent easy drinking golden/blond ale overall.

Bottle, shared june 1st 2013. Muddy orange body, big white head. Sweet aroma with apples, malts and syrup. Taste of honey, light yeast notes, carefully citrus hopped. Low bitterness makes it a bit too sweet for me, would be a good beer in the sun with a fresher twist.

Lubiere (9427) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 16, 2013
A golden amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a grassy malt aroma with vinous notes, honey, oxidized. In mouth, a smooth biscuit malt with light maderization.

Bottle shared by Lubiere, cool, tulip. Deep orange amber with lots of floaties and no head. Lots of oxidized fruits, very old and tired. Medium body, flaccid. Oxidized fruit, old and tired; dry, limited bitterness, tired fruit finish. Probably nice fresh.

MrHangover (2140) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - MAR 12, 2013
Bottle at NS tasting. Blond hazy pour, white head. Aroma is yeasty, malty, not so interesting I’m afraid. Flavour is also quite dusty, yeasty and grainy. It drinks quite smooth tough, but overall a quite boring brew. Well made.. but boring..
