Aug 17, 2008 Bottle. Creamy white fair mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy nice aroma with grassy and grapefruit notes. Moderare slightly harsh bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Watery palate. Boring.

Aug 16, 2008 Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, malt fruits and notes of citrus.

Aug 13, 2008 Bottle. Large bubbly off-white head that really lasted. Good display of lacework. Cloudy copper like color with tiny particles in flow. Aroma was a nice mix of fresh hoppy and classic Belgian Blond like notes. In particular peach, grassy, yeasty, mild spicy, hint of citrus, good mix of fruit and some underlying floral notes as well. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Good balance between the bitter and sweet flavor. Light dry and refreshing hoppy finish with an underlying sweet fruity feel. Very tasty and drinkable.
