Clear orange pour, white head. Big floral aroma of piney, resinous hops, and not much else. The pine really opens up in the flavor and finishes strong. Medium bitter finish, and a great pine, resinous bite. Refreshing and crisp, a great beer.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
0,5 l. bottle from Vinbørsen, Copenhagen. Cloudy, orange colour with a lasting, medium, off-white head, that leaves a lot of laceing. Aroma has pineapple and grapefruits and hops. Taste is sweet, dry bitter, with hops, sweet fruits and some yeast. Medium body, nice bitter finish. A good beer, not a excellent beer. Yet still a delicious beer.

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2012 (Re-rated on August 2nd 2012; Blind tasting of five different hoppy Amager-beers; Batch 472; BBD: July 2013) Pours a slightly cloudy golden with medium white head. Aroma is slightly sour and grainy. Taste has moderate bitterness and is seemingly dominated by herbal notes.
(April 3rd, 2011) Pours a hazy amber with frothy, longlasting off-white head that laces the glass nicely. Rich aroma of floral and fruity hops. Full-bodied, oily texture with lively carbonation and a long, bitter and astringent finish. Taste is dry and bitter with some sweet notes. A damned good beer. Girlfriend says: "First there’s a hint of apricot jam but the finish is too dry for me."
