Aroma has pineapple and grapefruits, hoppy. Cloudy, orange coloured with a lasting, medium, off-white head. Taste is a bit sweet, dry bitter, with hops, fruits and some yeast. Nice beer.

Aug 10, 2008 Huge offwhite lasting head. Amber body with small particles and light carbonation. (This beer’s travelled for almost two weeks in my suitcase, and may be a little the worse for wear. Need to rerate.) Tropical fruit and bread aroma with citric hoppy floral notes. Dry-sweet resiny floral taste with tropical fruit and citrus notes. Slightly harsh mouthfeel. Dry ashy chalky aftertaste with metallic notes. Good, but perhaps a bit thin and harsh. (0.5l bottle, Irma, Kastrup.)

Jul 30, 2008 Hazy orangey golden, white lacing head. Smooth passion fruity nose, lots of grain and little yeastiness. Sharply bitter, simple grapefruity flavor, grainy malts. Simple, alright fruitiness, but this much grain is a bit off.

Jul 27, 2008 nice hoppy aroma, sweet tones. but could be a little stronger.
unclear with very nice looking vanilla-white head.
flavor is good, but perhaps a bit too one-dimensional. well brewed ipa no doubt.
overall definetly one of the better IPA, but not one of the elite. it is sort of too "ordinary" to go beyond very good.
it is extremely amazing they could get this much taste out of a brew at only 5.5% best (with no competition) ipa at that percentage i have ever had.

May 11, 2008 (Bottle at Hilpeä Hauki on 2008-04-17) Dark golden and cloudy. Small white head. Fruity hops in nose. Hops in taste and some caramell. Bitterness increases in aftertaste.
