COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: Dragør Triple is a top-fermented beer, for which we have taken inspiration from the strong Belgian klosterøl type "Tripel ". The immediate focus is on sweetness and alcohol the aroma is pure exotic fruit despite the Belgian model: mangoes, passion fruit , star fruit and jack fruit - and a discreet hint of strawberry. The body is extremely rich with a strong element of pale malts , which alows the yeast flavour to be prominent - just as it should be.
Dragør Triple is a beer of pleasure for both sexes. The ladies will enjoy the sweetness and exotic fruit flavours ,whilst the gentlemen will be attracted by the warmth of the alcohol.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt , hops, and yeast

Bottle (batch 423). Pours clear golden with a semi-lasting foamy huge four-finger white head. Aroma is pale malts, straw, apricot, yeast, strawberry, fruit, green apple, light spicy and hops. Taste is heavy sweet and light+ bitter. Body is medium, texture is near thick, carbonation is medium+. Finishes very sweet with the alcohol well hidden. Probably the sweetest triple I’ve had. (Girlfriend definitely liked the sweetness)

50 cl bottle @ Gastropub Nordic. Rated on 07.05.2011
Aroma has apricot, some exotic fruits and alcohol. Flavour has exotic fruits, some caramel and solvent‐like alcohol. Way too much alcohol here.

Postupně sem budu doplňopvat piva, co jsem vypil a zapsal si, chvilku to asi bude trvat a proto k těm dříve vypitým pivům nebudou žádné "dojmy" .

Pours an unclear and golden beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, fruit and yeast. The flavor follows the nose with additional alcohol. The palate is dry with sweetness and a high level of carbonation. Overall an average beer.

Golden colored Triple with a great white foam. Very carbonated. Violent spicy flavored with coriander. Slightly sharp in alcohol. A little precipitate forms.

50cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Slightly hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of ripe fruits, thick malty, green apples, banana, alcohol. Flavour is sweet, ripe fruits, banana, green apples, dried apricots, alcohol, yeast, very malty, light spicy, light bitter alcohol finish. Medium to fullbodied, but over-carbonated, making this not easy to drink, maybe for the better considering the ABV. Classic tripel.
