COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

On tap at Christian Firtal. Hazy dark golden with a lasting white head. Mild fruity hop aroma with a herbal touch. Sweetish fruity hoppy flavour with some green leaves and grassy hop notes. Not going to be next year’s fashion hop

Another one from the wonderful Mr. Papsø. Poured a murky dark honey colour with a small slightly off whtie head. Tangy nose, honey, some fresh fruity notes in the aroma... hm... noted "raspberry-though-not-really". The taste... nice jammy aroma hop notes, ashy and herbal bitterness, light lime, balanced, fresh, drinkable. Does its job well. Not sure what I think of the hop though.

ivory white slight yellowish head, quite dense and with lacing. gold-blond clear beer. very hoppy, sweet and fruity smell. starts with a sweet taste followed by a hoppy bitterness, quite a pronounced hop bitter but short aftertaste. ps HBC is apparently a company that produces experimental hop varieties.bottle 50cl / batch #479 / notes from backlog

500ml bottle. Pours a hazy medium amber, with a moderate off-white head, which does not last all that well, but does leave reasonable lacing. Sappy, leafy hops aromas dominate, with some burnt caramel and toast malt notes in the mix as well. Slightly woody, sappy hops give it quite a fresh feel up front, with some potent almost chilli-like flavours lurking in there. Burnt caramel malt comes into the mid-palate, backed by a slight sweetness. More sappy hops come through in the finish. This certainly has an interesting hops profile, with its strong sappy and leafy notes, but is still quite an enjoyable ale.
