Commercial Description:

English: It is said that behind every tough, blunt, and brutal man stands a chaste, loving, and not least wise woman, which naturally applies in the beer world as well. As our most famous beer; Hr. Frederiksen, is a strapping fellow who enjoys admiring his own muscles, Mrs. Frederiksen is a clever woman who very well knows that you can walk almost just as far by saving some of your energy even though you are not as strong. The lady, however, is not exactly a light beer, but is toned down a notch compared to the gentleman. Being a little sweeter and not so roasted although having plenty of black malt, chocolate malt, and roasted barley, she is actually not a petite girl. And note that the Centennial hops lash out at you with their 75 IBU.
Welcome the lady – she is here to stay.

Bottle. Pours black with a beige head. This beer had potential like its husband Mr Frederiksen, all the flavours of coffe and malt is there but the flavour is way too short.

Bottled. Opaque very dark brown, rich firm head. Concentrated roasty licorice aroma. Rathe sweet with medium-fullbody, there’s salty licorice and tobacco. Sugary sweetness reduces the drinkability somewhat. The powerful bitterness sets in early and lasts long.
