COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: It is said that behind every great man is an equally great - and above all - wise woman.
Now this can also be said of the beer world. Perhaps our most famous beer, Hr. (Mr.) Frederiksen is a powerful dude, who enjoys nothing more than to stand and admire his own muscles. Fru (Mrs.) Frederiksen however is a wise woman who knows perfectly well that it is possible to achieve almost as much without using anywhere near as much force.
This Lady is just as powerful but is somewhat toned down compared to the Lord. Slightly sweeter and less smokey although with plenty of black malt, chocolate malt and roasted barley she is no complete sissy - the US Centennial hops with its 60+ IBUs reminds you of this fact.
Bid the mistress welcome - she is here to stay.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, oats, hops and yeast

Tasted with friends @ Alvinne. The Hr. was better for us. Almost blackcolor, small deep-beige head. Aroma chocolate and coffee. Full body. Taste burnt coffee, chocolate; good strong roasted malts bitter ending.

Very dark almost black with brownish head. Quite complex and quite hoppy. Very easy drinking for at stout, but calling this a Mrs. does not make it a feminin beer. I really like it. Thank you, Christian for the birthday present:-) I could not help buying Hr. Frederiksen, and tasting (him!?) after this one.

So deep orange-amber that it appears black; deep-beige head. Mix of coffee-like stout aromas, as espresso, and hints of very serious hops - even USA - in the background. Bitterish, burnt coffee, ending on bitter chocolate; good malts preserving sweetness underneath, and a bit of ashes. Bitter finish again, partly hops. Very well-bodied; viscous, seems stronger than 7%. A stout pretending to be an Imperial Stout - one to join the Big Boys!

Basically a lighter version of HR wich, put simply, is good. It’s fairly light bodied yet packed with nice chocolate flavour, hops and a smokey touch. Quite lovely really.

Botella. Pitch black colour with a very nice creamy light brown well alsting head. Very pleasant aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and coffee. Very good mouthfeel. The flavour has a very pleasant roasted maltiness and with chocolate, coffeeand liquorice followed by a pleasant bitter roasty malty chocolate long lasting finish. More please!
