4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
An opaque, almost black colored beer, with a big foamy almost brown colored head. The aroma of chocolate with vanilla, coffee and roasted malts. Some fruits. The taste is roasted with sweet chocolate. There are fruits like citrus with raisins and some prunes. Nice bitterness. The aftertaste is dry bitter and it stays for a while.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Very dark almost black with brownish head.
Quite complex and quite hoppy. Very easy drinking for at stout, but calling this a Mrs. does not make it a feminin beer. I really like it.
Thank you, Christian for the birthday present:-)
I could not help buying Hr. Frederiksen, and tasting (him!?) after this one.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
So deep orange-amber that it appears black; deep-beige head. Mix of coffee-like stout aromas, as espresso, and hints of very serious hops - even USA - in the background. Bitterish, burnt coffee, ending on bitter chocolate; good malts preserving sweetness underneath, and a bit of ashes. Bitter finish again, partly hops. Very well-bodied; viscous, seems stronger than 7%. A stout pretending to be an Imperial Stout - one to join the Big Boys!

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Basically a lighter version of HR wich, put simply, is good. It’s fairly light bodied yet packed with nice chocolate flavour, hops and a smokey touch. Quite lovely really.
