COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: Forget about India Pale Ale being an English beer, which should be robust enough to withstand the long sea voyage from England to India. Our version of an IPA is totally inspired by the new interpretations, especially those found on the U.S. west coast.
A solid malt base, combined with Simcoe, Amarillo and Cascade hops and then just dry hopped enough to ensure that the hop burn is thorough. It is fruity and fresh, it’s bitter like hell and it is strong enough to give you a little kick if you drink a couple of bottles or three.
This is how we make a great IPA at Amager. We don’t have a single doubt that you will enjoy our IPA , because it is a damn good beer. Cheers!
Ingredients: Water, barley malt , hops, and yeast

Great color for an IPA, way better then most other IPA style beers, not that light. Palate really good, carbo almost perfect, perfect body as well.

500ml bottle. Resiny, piney warm malt nose. Amber colour, slight haze from the ’vitamins’. Gentle maltyness with a dry citrussy hop. Soft and clean with a gentle hop linger. Really rather nice. Just finished the glass with a fairly spicy thai curry - and it works brilliantly. Great stuff. Not Hardcore, but not far off

Bottle. Cloudy deep amber with a huge creamy beige long lasting head. Aroma is mild sweet and had notes of toasted malt, caramel, lemon and hops. Flavour was quite full bodied and had caramel, toasted malt, lemon and delicious dusty hops. Had a long malty start but in the finish the nice hops came solid through. I love this beer. It’s a very hoppy beer but because the hops kicks in so late and since It had a very soft mouthfeel I finished it in less than 10 minutes. This is my new favourite session beer. If you can say that for a beer of this strenght. Jacob and Morten, you have done it again. This is a fantastic beer!

0,5 l bottle from Cracked Ketlle, courtesy of Balazs, thanks!
Hazy deep amber colored beer with a stable and creamy off white head. Well balanced aroma with grape, citrusses and mild resin, some caramel and honey, spicies like cinnamon and vanilla. Smooth mouthfeel with a dry composition of nice hops with citrusses and grapefruits, some graqpe and green leaves. For the balance the sweet side arrives with honey and caramel, malt. Dry aftertaste with a ton of hopresin on the palate, based on a well rounded honey-caramel taste. Yumm!

Bottle. Delicious and stimulating hops aroma mixed with some grass and soil. Unclear orangebrown colour with beige head. Great flavour of fresh hops, hay and flowers. A sence of blooming meadow coming into your mouth. Dry and bitter aftertaste.

500 ml bottle @ Olutravintola Pannuhuone. Rated @ 21.11.2009.
Hazy orange colour. Massive white head fills the glass and lasts nicely. Fruity on the nose with citrus, floral hops, caramel and grass notes. Rich flavour with a fair amount of floral hops, pine needles and caramel. Medium/full bodied with a long and bitter finish. Very rich flavoured IPA.

I like this one. Perfect Orange hazy colour. Extreme Grape fruit nose and taste. More fruity than flowery. Very bitter, but sweetnes balances it. Drunk on my birthday, and a present from Christian, Thank you.

On tap at Olympen. Dark golden color, white head that sticks to the glass. Fruity aroma, plenty of hops, grassy taste with citrus and some malt. The end is as bitter as it gets without going extreme. One to enjoy!

Bottled at Beer Hunter’s, Pori. Murky dark amber, small light beige head. Well hopped and fresh aroma, exotic citric/kiwi fruits, pine & resin, strong juicy grapefruit. Flavor is a great mix of pine, resin, mellow sweetish caramel malts, long red grapefruit bitterness in the finish. Silky smooth carbonation. A great IPA, beautiful hopping and the sweetness is in good balance.
