Copenhagen Beer Festival. Poured by the man himself - Cheers Henrik! Hazy brown beer. Rich porty sweet malt. Sweetish dry finish. A little licorice spice. A very nice beer poured by a very nice man!

Draught at Københavns Øldage 2009, Valby. Pours a hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a sweetish malty slightly spicy alcoholic aroma with some citrus hints. Has a sweetish malty caramel flavor with some bitterness and some hoppy hints. Has a sweetish malty spicy bitter hoppy finish with some hints of alcohol in the aftertaste.

EBF08. Amber with a large white head. Aroma is malt, fruity esters, citrus and grass hop. Flavour is sweet caramel, fruity and alcohol.

Cloudy amber color; medium creamy head. The aroma is a bit too much alcoholic and with vegetables, even if there is an interesting light malty note. Very good body, caramel flavor with good sweetness, balancing bitterness, some vanilla; very warming feeling. Quite good, but it should be drunk warmer.

Draught@Københavnske Øldage 2009. Cloudy, reddish brown body with a thin offwhite head on top. Strong grainy malt aroma with caramel notes, backed by a citrus fruity hoppiness and a whiff of alcohol. Sweet-flavored, caramel and barley. Moderate fruitiness, distinct earthy and piny hop bitterness. Full-bodied, soft and warming. Lasting bitter-sweet finish. I like it a lot.

Draught. Deep amber bodied with a thick off white head. Aroma is raisins, plum, prune and barley. No doubt about the bourbon in the flavour. Then comes lots of malt, caramel, sweet fruit and barley. Creamy texture. Very nice.

Draft. An unclear red beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma is sweet matly with notes of over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruit, sherry, alcohol, and caramel.

Draught, served by Papsø. Hazy dark brown colour. Sweet fruity piney alco aroma. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet with pine, alcohol and fruits. Bitter sweet alco rather pleasant finish.
