Bottle. High creamy light brown lasting head. Pitch black body. Coffoee choccolate alcohol aroma. Powerful coffee choccolate liquorice flavor with a low carbonation and a long aftertaste. Could neither smell nor taste wood which I had expected. Alcohol nicely subdued.

Bottled (Tusen tack Papsoe!). Quite much black colour, small brown head. Aroma is burnt rubber, some roasted malts, alcohol, liquorice and some wood. Flavour is wood, sugary and roasted malts. This followed by toffee and vanilla. Feels a bit too young and unbalanced.

Bottled (BB 02/2015, batch #100)
Opaque black, medium-sized tan-brown head. Glue, vegetables, roasted malts in the nose. Very strong malty, licoricey flavor. Some rubber tyre, coffee and black malts. Ageing potential.

37.5 cL bottle. Pours pitch black and with a slowly diminishing tan and creamy head. Yeast at the bottom! Aroma is alcohol, chemical and dark roasted malt with a light coffee note. Flavour starts quite hot alcoholic and dark roasted malty. Strange chemical and phenolic notes mixing with the coffee, dark roasted malt and a distinct alcohol presence. Burning finish - difficult to finish a full bottle. Too alcoholic and with too many weird flavours for my liking.

Bottled. Black coloured with a small beautiful dense light brown head. Aroma of wood, grasss, vanilla, soy sauce, herbs and some chocolate. Flavour is smooth, full of soy sauce, vanilla, brown sugar, light roast, has a light touch of alcohol and fresh coffeebeans. Medium to full bodied. Dry swee4t and coffeeish end. Light alcholbite on the lips. Quite nice this one.

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2010 Black with a medium beige head. Aroma was packed with coffee, burned malt, dark chocolate, wood and vanilla. Sweet flavour with hard roasted malt, dark chocolate, wood, vanilla and hoppy notes. Lovely. Coffee bomb. I love it.
