COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

On tap at Ølfestival 2012. (rating number 1800) Slightly hazy deep golden with a white head. A lot of hops both in the aroma and taste. Bitter and refreshing. This was a good and fruity Westcoast style IPA.

Bottle at Fairbar, Århus, batch 429, bb 04.2013
Hazy blond to golden color, with medium sized creamy head. These hops are fruity, flowery, a bit feety; also light bitter oranges aroma, and a hint of cookies.
It has a good body strength; malt and toffee flavor, with a light trace of ashy malts; then, a lot of creamy and resiny hops. The final is very bitter.
Could be good, but indeed it’s one of those creamy and soapy IPAs that are not so exciting; I prefer IPAs that portray a different palette of refreshing components.

Gisft from SJ. Very very nice. A bold citrus, orange, and caramel malt presence. It really has an amazing long lasting hop finish with hints of tropical fruit.
