COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

50cl Bottle from Plovmand, thanks Thomas! Hazy golden orange, off-white head. Aroma of soft floral hops, some caramel, light-sweet malts, hint of pine, sweet citrus, grapefruit, light soapy. Flavour is medium-sweet, malty, quite floral, grapefruit, light soapy, crisp dry malts, juicy hoppy finish. Medium-bodied, soft mouthfeel. Really nice and well-balanced IPA imo.

Hazy yellow body, white head. IPA which is low on caramel, nice. Tangerine and exotic fruits in aroma. Semi harsh bitterness, light fudge on flavour. Bit harsh on hop flavour. Damn, promised better. But really nice anyway.

Taste is initially moderately sweet fruity, mango, peach, orange, later with changing fruit notes, more grapefruit, more hop bitterness. Lasting bitter hoppy finish.

50cl bottle from Barley Wine, CPH. Golden pour with lasting white head and plenty of lacing. Pineapple, lemon, herbs, orange and sprucey pine in the aroma. Taste gives plenty of spruce, juicy tropical fruit, herbal notes, bitter lemon, slightly sweet bready/biscuity malt. Big pithy bitter kick to this one, plenty of pine needles and sharp citric notes linger. Good stuff.
