Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus, grapefruit notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, grapefruit, orange - citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110505]

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has strong notes of oranges, and medium notes of grass, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, grass, oranges, lemon, and straw, leading to a very bitter finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is grapefruity and peachy. Sweet, fruity and solid hoppy. Lingering hops fruity and peachy to grapefruity finish.

UPDATED: NOV 19, 2011 Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a hazy golden with a lacing off-white head. Fresh hoppy aroma, the coconut accents from Sorachi Ace is certainly up there. Medium body, mouthfeel is very smooth and velvety, lightly sweet fruitiness with the hops coming rushing in and leaving an amazingly astringent bitterness, lots of grapefruit. Very fresh indeed. 040511

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is cat pissy, quite tart bitterness along with some slight caramel malts. Flavour is caramel and crystal malts along with some fruity and floral notes. Rather bitter in the finish.

Draught at Ølfestival København 2011. Hazy amber, minimal head. Powerful sweaty grapoefruit and bread upfront. Very sweet with chewy malt building a full sized, well rounded body. Lots of bread, cyrup and pink grapefruit. Warming bitter finish. A highly competent IPA on the sweeter, tougher end of the spectre.

Fruity aroma of hops, grass and citrus peel with notes of pine needles.
Fruity flavour of hops and citrus peel with notes of pine needles and grape fruits.
Dry hoppy finish.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a small creamy white head. Hoppy, fruity and exotic nose. Bitter, dry and piney flavor. Crisp and tasty.

Hazy blond to golden color, with medium sized creamy head. These hops are fruity, flowery, a bit feety; also light bitter oranges aroma, and a hint of cookies.
It has a good body strength; malt and toffee flavor, with a light trace of ashy malts; then, a lot of creamy and resiny hops. The final is very bitter.
Could be good, but indeed it’s one of those creamy and soapy IPAs that are not so exciting; I prefer IPAs that portray a different palette of refreshing components.
