Pours a murky and muddy reddish brown with a small pink head. Sweet and sour with a light sweetness. Aromas of bread and berries. And hints of dough. Notes of cookies towards the end.Full bodied. Soft carbonation. Dry finish.

Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a murky reddish color with no head. Has a fruity sour tart raspberry aroma. Fruity sour tart cookies and raspberry flavor. Has a fruity malty cheesecake finish.

Muddy brown to purple colour with a tiny white head. Muddy aroma with some berries, vinegar, yeast and acetone. Sour fruit and berry flavour covered in muddy yeast character. This mess should have been a drainpour before it left the brewery

Muddy medium grey purple brown colour with a small, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, berry, yeasty, cheese. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate acidic with a long duration, berry blackberry - forest berries, baking yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110505]

On tap at Mikkeller Bar. Pours muddy amber with a small white head. Acid, hops, yoghurt and spices in the aroma. The flavour is sweet and sourish with notes of berries, caramel, wood and spice. Weird and messy.

Tap at mikkeller bar. I really didn’t like this one, probably one of the beers that divide people according to their tolerance for weird stuff I don’t think it is bad, but if it was i’d have no way to know as it just tasted way off the charts. Cheese goes well with beer, but not IN the beer, dammit! ;-) murky milky red, quite dark but still murky and milky red. hard to describe arom, earth, herbs, red fruits, cheese, tartness. flavor is cheese, earth, milk, weird herbal flavor.

From tap at MikkellerBar as Skovtrolden, den bandit. Pours hazy dark brown with a smalltan head. Aroma is raspberry fruity and sligh acidic. Citric to acidic flavoured. Lingering raspberry fruity flavoured. Sweet. Acidic and towards tart. Lingering fruity.

Draft. A hazy amber beer. The aroma has notes of berries, over ripe fruits, and lacto. The flavor is is acidic with notes of fruit, berries, lacto, malt, and fruit, leading to a tart finish.

Ett mycket märkligt öl. Rödbrun vätska utan skum. Syrlig doft som en flamländsk rödöl, fruktig, körsbär, men också dijonsenap. Smakken är först väldigt syrlig, syltad rödlök, röda vinbär, vinäger, men eftersmaken är milt rökig, lite fet, som av suga på ett vitt korvskinn av av salami. Mycket märkligt. Men faktiak helt okej.

Draught at Mikkeller Bar. Muddy orange brown coloured with no head. Fruity and light acidic aroma of mushrooms and actone. Light aciidc flavour of cereal, red wine and mushrooms with notes of acetone. Tart finish. Strange.
