A Belma Single Hop American Pale Ale

Ingredienser: Malte: Pilsner, Munich, Melanoidin, Cara-Pils, Humle: Belma, Gær: US-ale

Månedens fadøl i juni 2014.

On tap @ Kick. Unclear orange body with a light, lacing off-white head. The aroma has peaches and citric fruit, but a bit weak and the fruit feels a bit ripe, nothing wrong but not as refreshing as expected. Flavor is quite sweet with lots of pale malt, some caramel and peach, oranges and citric fruit in general. Feels more refreshing in flavor than aroma. Nice bitterness. Full bodied and good in aftertaste. A tasty and rather malt driven APA that’s really quaffable as well.
