Bottle. Orange/amber, little hazy with big, semi-densed white head. Medicore head retention, medium lacing. Mainly malty aroma, light fruity and citrus notes. Taste is malty, grassy with light citrus charatcet. Did not knocked me down, but in general good, refreshing summer beer.

2.5 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Hazy golden amber pour, with an off white head. Aroma is terrible, stale grain, wet socks, and moldy fruit. Flavor is better and at least drinkable - floral, grain, light fruit, light sweetness, and some stale bread.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy orange beer, well-carbonated under a small, but quite stable just off-white head. Flowery, fruity hops’ nose, very inviting however restrained. Nice and delicate. Bitterish, bit dusty and wet cardboard; flavours reach out to rosewater, rosepetals. Well-carbonated, obviously light but nowhere empty. For such a light beer - excellent! Thanks to Stef!

1.3 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 2/20
undated but newish looking and cold stored 500 ml bottle served in a pilsner glass. Murky sediment at the bottle fo the bottle not poured. Cap had a solid seal.
A: Clear orange-amber body with lots of small bubbles flowing upward.to a generous, durable off-whit head.
Smell: uh-oh - smells contaminated. May well be wild yeast but this is supposed to be brewed with classic German pilsner yeast.
Taste: not much better, and with a distinct sourness.
M: Nice medium-light body with ample but soft carbonation.
O: contaminated bottle; will revisit if the opportunity arises.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a tulip glass.
Aroma- Has a strong barley/cereal aroma with some spice thrown in.
Appearance- Pours a dark yellow with a large white head.
Taste- A unique flavor that propelled by its high carbonation. has a strong hops flavor
Palate- very carbonated, medium bodied beer
Overall- no a bad beer at all, I have never seen this before so I am assuming it is a hard beer to find in the southeastern US.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
500ml bottle, thanks to phaleslu. I received this bottle 2 days ago, with 1/4 of it gone, and the cap resealed. I was concerned about the condition of the bottle and doubtful it’d be worth rating, but when I popped it open just now, a surprising amount of pressure was released from the bottle, this cap had an impressive seal... Who ever recapped this did a pretty good job. I’m choosing to take notes here for my own record-keeping purposes... Totally hazy amber orange color, with a good finger of off-white head. Impressive-looking. Still quite carbonated, tastes like a fresh bottle. I’m pretty shocked at how nicely this has held up. Leaves nice, thicker lace. Medium body, pretty full feel for the low ABV. Kind of fluffy. Mild caramel malt, doughy breadiness, light spiciness in the flavor, some fruity hops to it. Good balanced taste -- moderate bitter, moderate sweet. Really impressive, tasty, full-flavored, full-bodied stuff, especially for the low alcohol. Cant figure out what I’m more impressed by -- the re-cap job, or the beer itself. Never had a 2+ day old beer that tasted this good, can’t tell at all that this was opened already. Kind of mind-blowing for me, really, I thought for sure that this would be flat and unrateable... Impressive in how it drinks like a 5% beer. Doesn’t seem to be lacking in any area. Kind of a mildly belgian-type pilsner aspect here. Don’t mind it. Particularly impressive due to the ABV.
