COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: a special made for the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013.

English: We’ve been playing around with quite a lot of double mashing lately. Most of this Barley Wine is right now peacefully aging on port wine barrels. But we were curious to try it’s pure incarnation before any barrel aging, so we kegged a little, just for you. This beer was not named after a movie but after a rock album. Do you know which?

Pours deep red amber with low white head. Aroma of booze and citrus with tons of caramel malt, bread and sweet fruit. Taste is caramel sweet yet boozy and bakanced. Body is well rounded alcohol-y. Creamy and rich. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
