English: At the Amager brewery we are comfortably situated far away from small-town modesty; we are not afraid of excess, and the term “moderation” is simply not found in our vocabulary. To us, gluttony is considered a virtue rather than a sin - at least when it comes to one thing: hops! While making this beer we targeted the hops which shone brightest in our hop room, as if they were almost begging to be used in copious quantities. And that is what we did, as befits a Double IPA of the highest caliber. We have squandered to a sinful degree - and we love it. And we bet that you will too!
We’re not proud to be sinners, but at least we’re open about it…

500mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma of perfumey floral hops, a little pine and some caramelized biscuity malt. Flavour brings out pungent floral and piney hops upfront, along with a modest biscuity malt backing just for support. Extremely flavourful and superbly well-designed. Very dry body, with a moderate dry astringency on the finish. Excellent DIPA.

Härlig fruktig smak, fin färg och skum. Smaken är en riktig käftsmäll av beska. Ingen finess direkt. En klar upplevelse!

Pours hazy yellow with low white head Aromas of citrusy fruits, pineapple and hints of caramel malts Taste is fully loaded of hops. Great balance between citrusy floral hoppyness, caramel maltyness and bitter ending. This is the kind of DIPA I like!

Bottle. Clear orange color, short head. Aroma of loads of hops, tropical fruit, pine, grapefruit, citrus, hint of mint, bit flowery. Very complex because of all the different species and nicely balanced among them. Dry bitter taste on a biscuity malty backbone. Dry finish. Love this.

Krispig, fruktig doft. Tunt vitt skum som fastnar på glaset. I munnen exploderar passionsfrukten först.
