Alla spina. DIPA muscolosa, cremosa e resinosa con sentori di frutta a polpa gialla, agrumi e caramello su un tappeto di luppoli che scatenano un amaro robusto e persistente. Ottima!

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
9.4%ABV. Double IPA.
Poured out of the bottle a dirty cloudy dark amber. 16ºSRM.
Nose in the cap was all fresh lavender. Nose is full of pine, citrus and grass.
Mouthfeel is soapy. You get immediate full body contact from the malty flavors which are graham cracker, barley bread with caramel before being whisked away to hop land. Definitely hop-balanced with the palate boasting some nice sweet honeysuckle that comes through in brief spurts. Fresh freesias come through in brief spurts.
If you aerate the palate a little you start to get the rich funk of the malty wort and maybe some yeastiness.
This one just has a ton of sweet and a heap of bitter.
The finish is hyssop bitter and it better be to be able to prep your palate for another ride. Again a very masterfully balanced effot from Amager, maybe a little heavy handed given the fac that they made a conscious decision to start with some heavyweight malt and then had to balance it with a ton of carbonation and then had to heap on the hops. So yes, gluttony, yes, absolutely!! Give me more than I need and then more...
