COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: We’re hardworking people here at Amager Bryghus. Only once in a while are we lazy bastards. But it happens. We have to admit that we were lazy when we designed this beer. One malt, one hop – albeit a good one – and then our house yeast. Well, how hard can it possibly be to create a sessionable American Pale Ale? And that’s what we’re offering you here. Sometimes brewing is hard work. Sometimes it’s a work of art. And then sometimes it’s a walk in the park. Take a stroll, sit and relax on a park bench in the sun and be lazy with us. We promise you won’t regret it. We’re not proud to be sinners, but at least we’re open about it…
Brewed simply from pilsener malt and Simcoe hops and fermented with an American yeast strain.

Hoppy aroma of citrus fruits, grapefruit, pine. Flavour is fruity, grassy notes, with a long bitter finish. A shining example of the APA.

0,5 l Appearance: Hazy yellow beer with a thick head on top(2 fingers), good retention..Good amount of Lacing sticking to the glass. Aroma: Grapefruit, pine and a bit of zest. very nicely balanced.. Taste: Nice (grape)fruity in your face bitterness, refreshing some pine notes a bit further and some malts in the backbone. slightly below medium body and refreshing carbonation. Nice and refreshing good IPA. I’m a bit suprised on the selected ingredients working so perfect in harmony.

500 ml bottle poured a clear gold with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of straw, dank bud, citrus and light pine. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of straw, earthiness, light dank bud and light pine with a smooth dry lingering bitter finish.

Hazy yellow beer with nice and thick head on top. Lacing sticks to the glass. Aroma has zesty lemon, grapefruit, pines. Really fresh and delicious aroma! Some sweeter fruits are on the background. Taste has punchy bitterness from the hops, grapefruit and pines dominate here. Medium body and crispy carbonation. Aroma offered a bit more, but taste is a bit overpowered with hops. Still nice and fresh APA.
