Danish: Vi er hĺrdtarbejdende folk her pĺ Amager Bryghus.

English: We’re hardworking people here at Amager Bryghus. Only once in a while are we lazy bastards. But it happens. We have to admit that we were lazy when we designed this beer. One malt, one hop – albeit a good one – and then our house yeast. Well, how hard can it possibly be to create a sessionable American Pale Ale? And that’s what we’re offering you here. Sometimes brewing is hard work. Sometimes it’s a work of art. And then sometimes it’s a walk in the park. Take a stroll, sit and relax on a park bench in the sun and be lazy with us. We promise you won’t regret it. We’re not proud to be sinners, but at least we’re open about it…
Brewed simply from pilsener malt and Simcoe hops and fermented with an American yeast strain.

Well hopped, slightly dry with notes of blood orange or grapefruit. Nice amber colour. Very well balanced, maybe a bit too similar to an IPA.

Backlog rating. Bottle at CBC Clerkenwell, Gunnar tasting. Thanks to Gunnar himself for this one! It pours a hazy straw color with a medium white head. Aroma is grassy and citrusy, with notes of lemon juice, hay, grapefruit skin and resin. Taste is medium bitter with notes of resin, citrus, grass, hay. Finishes hoppy and mildly dry and bitter. Light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Overall, tasty treat

Gushed, so docking a point. Pale, hazy. Nice hoppy aroma, citrussy and fruity. Watery palate, but not so refreshing as the crappy APA yeast makes it sticky and plasticky. I thought the sinner series was supposed to be special but this is just weak shit that I want to scroll on past. Better than many APAs, as the simcoe shines in the aroma. Shame about the choice of yeast.
