English: We’re hardworking people here at Amager Bryghus. Only once in a while are we lazy bastards. But it happens. We have to admit that we were lazy when we designed this beer. One malt, one hop – albeit a good one – and then our house yeast. Well, how hard can it possibly be to create a sessionable American Pale Ale? And that’s what we’re offering you here. Sometimes brewing is hard work. Sometimes it’s a work of art. And then sometimes it’s a walk in the park. Take a stroll, sit and relax on a park bench in the sun and be lazy with us. We promise you won’t regret it. We’re not proud to be sinners, but at least we’re open about it…
Brewed simply from pilsener malt and Simcoe hops and fermented with an American yeast strain.

Very nice APA. One hop and a very aromatic one. Smells delightful and tastes what it promises. Citrussy, little caramel, some cereal, but overall very refreshing and hoppy.

Bottle 50cl from Henrik thanks. A golden beer with huge head and good retention. Nose is on fruit hops such as mango, orange, resin, light honey. Aroma is on sweet caramel with honey touch, hops resin and mango, luppuline, apricot, not to sharp on hops, quite balanced, relative bitterness with long duration, no too sweet.

Pours a golden slightly unclear beer with a good white head. Smells nice. Fruity. Guess citrus. Great taste. Nice bitter finish. Very dry texture.

Fruit hop aroma with a slight garlic aroma in the background. Quit a bitter beer, the balance is certainly to the bitter side. A good hop forward session beer but I prefer a bit more hop aroma and flavour with softer bitterness.

Bottle at home. Hazy yellow to golden pour, foamy white head. Aroma is full of citrus hops, spicy and some lemon peel. Flavor is bitter and fruity, very clean and very refreshing. Lovely summer ale.

Good scent. The taste is decent. Thin aftertaste. No impressive beer. It could have tasted more of me. Nothing special about this beer. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Small, if persistent white head over veiled yellow-orange beer. Fruity, grapey hops festival. Lunaria, exotic fruit, fresh lupulin, really inviting. Bitter, resiny-metallic, yet so rounded with fruit, that it feels just allright. Bitterness, hopoils keep stubbornly clinging to the mucoses, minutes and minutes after drinking, covering them with lupulin/resins. Truly hoppy in the best way, if severe. Hopoils feel, more spritzy than it looks, medium bodied. Yeah, I can live with this lazy bastard, even if the resemblance is too close for comfort.

16/VI/13 - 50cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker) @ home - BB: X/2013 - batch: 516 (2013-564)

Clear deep yellow beer, some very fine sediment floating around under a big creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of marijuana, some citrus, slightly fruity, somewhat sugary, ripe fruits on warming up. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: citrus, pretty grassy bitter hops, bit spicy. Aftertaste: very bitter, bit medicinal, citrus, fruity, piny, dry and bitter ending.
