COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

English: We’re hardworking people here at Amager Bryghus. Only once in a while are we lazy bastards. But it happens. We have to admit that we were lazy when we designed this beer. One malt, one hop – albeit a good one – and then our house yeast. Well, how hard can it possibly be to create a sessionable American Pale Ale? And that’s what we’re offering you here. Sometimes brewing is hard work. Sometimes it’s a work of art. And then sometimes it’s a walk in the park. Take a stroll, sit and relax on a park bench in the sun and be lazy with us. We promise you won’t regret it. We’re not proud to be sinners, but at least we’re open about it…
Brewed simply from pilsener malt and Simcoe hops and fermented with an American yeast strain.

On tap @ Henrik, Bergen. Clear orange body, medium creamy white head. Aroma is peaches, pine, syrup and hints of grass. Resin, grass, peaches, parsley and other, harder-to-identify herbs. Medium body and carbonation. Fiery for a pale ale, but nice. Doesn’t make me feel lazy. :-)

Thanks Tim and Rachel! Ear straw pour with a bubbly white head. Aroma is pine cones, grass, cat pee and floral notes paired with a light graininess. Flavor is similar, light and zesty with a mild astringent flavor. The best of the bunch so far.

Lidt sur-/syrlighed dybest i næsen.

Draught @ Ale&Hop Barcelona. Hazy pale yellow beer with a foamy white head. Ver nice, strong citric hoppy aroma. Flavour is sweetish malty and good bitterness for an APA. Very nice citric hoppiness.

On tap at Ale and Hop in Barcelona. Tastes very fresh. Let’s be real here. This is an American style IPA, and a great one at that. Lovely dry finish. Lots of hops here. Quite tasty.

Expiry date August 2014. A well done pale, the heavy pilsner malting and the followup of the Simcoe hits the style bullseye. This would be an vee greater patio treat. Cloudy light orange body with lasting bubbly head.

Cloudy golden colour with good head. Strong resinous hop aroma. Big hop bitterness with some nice malt profile, but mostly resinous all the way. Med to heavy body with medium carbonation ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
