Draft served in an imperial pint glass at The Stable. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of clove, coriander, wheat, banana, and lemon citrus. Flavor of coriander, wheat, bready malts, yeast, banana, orange citrus, and bubblegum. Yep, met the description on the menu. Medium-bodied, with low-moderate carbonation and a wheaty, bready, and sweet mouthfeel. Nice wit.

Sampled on tap at The Stable, St Louis, Missouri, USA. Poured a light straw color with vigorous white foam. Aromas of whole wheat bread, pepper, clove, some banana phenols. Flavor is almost neutral, just subtle malt and hops bitterness. Very spritzy carbonation, round mouthfeel, very, very dry finish exactly like Hoegaarden Wit. Perfectly true-to-style, it’s just not my favorite style.
