COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed by Amarcord Brewery in the small medieval town of Apecchio, Italy, AMA Bionda is a beer made specifically for the Italian dinner table. Designed by Brooklyn Brewmaster Garrett Oliver, AMA Bionda is a golden beer with a soft but complex floral and fruity character, born of aromatic malts, three types of hops, Italian Orange Blossom honey from Sicily, and water from springs that date to Roman times.

Bottle with bday dinner yesterday at Gnocco with parents and e. Hazy orange pour and consideravle white head. Nice look than I expected. Nicer smell and taste, too, with notes of light fruit and yeast. The slightest bit sour. Nice carbonation and soft, yeasty finish that makes it very drinkable. Almost like a saison.

Bottle at home, 05/05/13. Streaming gold with a fine slim collar. Juicy banana, clove and bubblegum esters on nose. Spritely juicy stuff with a perfumed banana, spice and hefeweizen thing happening. The Italians are devils at sneaking honey under the radar- it’s beautifully integrated here. Good brew.

355 ml bottle at Cheers Pub, Göteborg. On May 10, 2013.
Hazy honey golden color with tiny particles though I didn’t pour the full bottle. Small white head. Sweet, sugary, alcohol, some yeast scent. Sweet, citrus pith, yeast, some phenoles taste. Warming alcohol. Minerals. Spritzy "growing" mouthfeel. Medium bitterness. Bitter aftertaste.
Got the impression of a clean Belgian blonde.

Pale golden pour with a thin white head and slightly fizzy .... aroma of oranges, floral hops, fruity belgian yeast and light lemons and honey with a little malty flavor .... taste is of bitter floral hops with a citrusy bite (lemon), orange, caramel malts, light honey and some spicy fruity belgian yeast .... mouthfeel is medium and a little lively .... finish is bitter and lingering .. .abv hidden well ... well rounded belgian ale not bad at all

Bottled 750ml. -from La Rinascente, Milano. Darker golden coloured, medium sized white head, fruity nose. Pleasant fruity, hoppy and moderate spicy taste with notes of orange in the finish. Well balanced and quite enjoyable brew.

Another one of Ogi’s. Poured a golden body with a huge white head. Relatively complex aroma - lovely flowery notes, malt, a smack of dust here and there, definitely spicy Belgian notes, light soap. Mild, light taste, cloves, light banana, quite lactic, creamy. Very, very light notes of peach, heck even notes of orange, lovely, almost herbal. Clean, balanced and grows on you. Yup, this one’s a success.

Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Crisp palate, a little dry. Sharp minerals. Lemon citrus, mild, touch of herb. Trace of soap. Slightly dusty feel before the crisp finish.

Draught. Straw yellow with huge dense white head. aromas of cereal grass and lemon. Flavor is simple wheat, grass, lemon, with low sweetness and bitterness in balance. Simple light mf. Not special but easy.
