COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed by Amarcord Brewery in the small medieval town of Apecchio, Italy, AMA Bionda is a beer made specifically for the Italian dinner table. Designed by Brooklyn Brewmaster Garrett Oliver, AMA Bionda is a golden beer with a soft but complex floral and fruity character, born of aromatic malts, three types of hops, Italian Orange Blossom honey from Sicily, and water from springs that date to Roman times.

Bottle, 35.5mL. Home with dad and CB. A clear pale yellow beer with a large thin white head. Long persistence. Nose, full of promise : fruity aroma (raspberry, orange or lemon), honey, herbs. Mouth is disappointing with less fruits. Medium bitter, light sweet. Medium body, thin texture. Average carbonation. Bitter finish. Overall, a beautiful beer with a pleasent smell, full of promise but...

Pours yellow, with a thick very white head. Smell of honey, citrus, and some faint belgian yeast. Taste is very dry, nuts, grassy, some citrus, and again faint belgian yeast, some orange peel bitterness on aftertaste. Quite bland, but still refreshing. Very very very carbonated, extremely small champagne bubbles. Too carbonated.
