COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed by Amarcord Brewery in the small medieval town of Apecchio, Italy, AMA Mora is a beer made specifically for the Italian dinner table. Designed by Brooklyn Brewmaster Garrett Oliver, Ama Mora is brewed with a special selection of Pascucci Coffee produced by the local company, and pure cane and Malawi sugar. Is a structured, but elegant beer all bound by the unmistakable flavor of typical italian espresso and a hint of hazelnut.

Black body and small head. Coffee, toast, nuts, cake. Strong bitterness, but still strangely good pairing with sweet desert. (Stylish 75cl bottle shared by and with Nico in Rennes)

Bottle from Seiyu. Poursalmost black with a small tan head. Very malty with chocolate and coffee, but just a hint of vinegar. Flavour is better-balanced, good chocolate finish. Hides the alcohol pretty well. Amazeballs for 150 yen!

Beautiful 355ml bottle, bb07/2015, from Mondial de la Bière, Mulhouse. Fizzy dark maroon pour, radiating sugar cane, old molasses like in a homemade pulled pork sauce, rather than espresso, maybe the caramel sugared dregs left at the bottom of a cup. Taste is full-on diluted Kahlua coffee liqueur, thin-bodied amaretto (hazelnut), on a surprisingly light palate.

Very dark brown color, hazy; tan head - roasty aroma, strong coffee, chocolate, a bit smoky - taste is medium sweet and slightly bitter - medium to full body, rather creamy texture, rather soft carbonation - long finish with chocolate and coffee notes, slightly bitter.
