Slight hazy light amber with a rose tone, white ehad. Aroma medium+ malty (light wheat, marzipan, light fruity). Flavor light sweet, an acidic note, like champagne. Medium body, the alcohol well hidden. Bottle says 10% abv.

In bottle at Craigs. Pours a dark colour with a fair white head. A floral honey aroma with tangerines, yeast and alcohol. Similar flavours with moderate carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel. Lingering yeast, spiced mead and white pepper.

Bottle courtesy of cgarvieuk at the Danish Invasion extravaganza. Pale golden orange, thick white head fades to a frothy white rim. Nice wheaty zesty nose, cloves, touch of pepper tickling the nostrils, citrus hints. Similar flavours, touch of kiwi fruit, grapefruit bitterness, nice wheaty bubblegum hints, light grapefruit & kiwi bitter linger on the finish. Hides alcohol well, but a bit fizzy and a bit thin.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a very white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, yeast, and cinnamon. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruits, malt, caramel, yeast, and alcohol, leading to a dry and fruity finish.
