Amarelli alla Liquirizia

Bottled 0,75L. Deep dark black color, solid and creamy nut head. Discreet bubbly aspect, much elegant and persistant. Not much keen nose, little notes of roast cereals, malty, ash. Much crisp and lively taste, sparing liquorice notes (advised serve temperature 7/8 C°), little cask rumors, scorched bark. Dunkel style in a first impression. Pleasant, long and armoniuos bitter final. Powerfull alcohol perception.
