COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Golden Ale infused with rose hips during secondary fermentation gives this slightly pink golden ale a floral spicy nose with hint of citrus. Smooth and moderately carbonated, this ale has a slight earthy astringency that IPA-drinkers may appreciate.

The ale that won the Monaco Cup when paired with pork and beans!

22oz bottle. Pours a rich hazy golden with ample head that is somewhat flabby and settles quickly, but forms again with little effort. First thing to jump out on the nose is the honey followed by camomile, touches of vanilla and ginger with light floral character. Light lactic tartness up front, moves into a bit of graininess, with some lightly spiced esters and a bit of banana and a tart white pepper finish...lightly sweet throughout. I think I enjoyed the nose a bit more than the flavor.

Bought a bottle from Tom Kramer at Orenco Farmer’s Market. light, refreshing, full of ginger flavor with some spice and a slight bitter bite at the end. It has a bright golden to honey color, wonder balance of carbonation and unmistakable Belgian influences from the farmhouse yeast. If you are a ginger fan or like unique beers, you should try to find a bottle.

22 oz bottle from the Hillsboro Farmers Market - Pours a hazy golden color with a fizzy head. Citrus/sweet aroma. More bitter than I would expect this beer to be. Definite Belgian qualities. Tingly on the tongue for quite a while. Decent overall. Glad I tried it.

Bottle:   Orangish, pretty hazy, sediment on the bottom, moderate frothy white head, nice lacing.   Soft rose hips, honey, and pineapple on the nose.   Some bright breadiness and dank floral aspects too.   Somewhat of floral breadiness on the tongue.   A bit more aromatic than the tongue notices.   Feels a little mealy in its sweetness.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Seems like an American Strong Golden/Tripel.   Not bad, but not as enjoyable as their 8% beers.

Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Honey, malt, and mild rose aroma and taste with a sweet caramel finish.
