First of all, to me this is closer to a wheat beer than it is to Pale Ale. Very nice bottle and cap, it pours a pale cloudy yellow colour, kind of a Hoegarden.Decent head, that doesn’t hold much, but leaves some lace. Aroma of coriander, banana, and some clove (just like a witbeer). Taste is more of the same: banana, coriander and some citrus. The wake point is the light body and its lack of, how would I say it? Puinch? It doesn’t really have a strong aroma and it’s not strong on the tongue. Nice try, but it could be better.

330ml bottle. Wheat and subtle clove aromas. Pours hazy light gold,qith aome white head, quickly vanishing, some lacing. Light body and average carbonation Taste is cereal, some yeasty, quite sweet. Some lack of body in my opinion, along with more flavour.

Weird aroma, a bit messy, does have some signs of wheat though. Filtered- totally clear. Brief head. Taste messy too but not as messy as aroma. Dodgy. Probably an overrate.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at Kuikka, 20120416) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized, sparse and white. Aroma had fruitiness, mildly banana and some metallicness. Palate was medium bodied and quite dry with high carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, banana, grain and quite acrid bitterness. Aftertaste was bitter. The beer had some kristallweizen characteristics but end result was unfortunately quite bad.

La probé hace un tiempo cuando estaba de oferta en el Corte Inglés. Es de trigo un tanto sosa, pero se tolera. Le falta cuerpo.

Pobre i sosa. El carbònic sembla afegit. Li falta cos i a sobre té com un regust de xarop. No val la pena.

Bottle from El Corte Ingles, Bilbao, Basque Country, Northern Spain, 08.07.11 consumed at home 14.07.11 Pours straw colour with some haze, mid carbonation. Soft in the mouth, touch sweet, little honey and cereal. Light bitterness, not totally sure of the style. A6 A3 T7 P4 Ov14 3.4

Mixed malts with wheat giving a good touch of lemon and sourness. it is called ambar, but dont know why. interesting beer. good and rare spanish.
