COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
La fermentación a alta temperatura permite la total expresión de los aromas que la levatura es capaz de aportar. Es una cerveza de color pálido y fina burbuja, suave al paladar, llena de frutas frescas y aromas a malta recién sacada del horno.

Sweet, malty and fruity. Sounds good eh. No, it’s not. It’s bitter, musty, smells dodgy (rotten fruit). It has that excellent ting of damp carpet too. It has an attempt at the appropriate colour but falls a bit short there too. Oh and it doesn’t even make the 5% alcohol mark so you feel done over there too. Bit of a lemon really.

Why is this a commemorative beer?, I know Ambar Ale and I don’t think you did your best guys. "El espíritu del vino" (o de la cerveza), was absent here. Fresh aroma but not consistent flavor, bitterness is strong but far to be enjoyable. Colour mmm, too pale.

Golden colored brew. Grassy aroma and very strong grassy flavor. Modest hoppy bitterness. A bit corny. Not so pleasant bitterness.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear golden with a white head. aroma of brewing cereal and bittering hops. Medium body with sweet brewing cereal, an underlying acidity and a rather crude bitterness in the finish. English Pale Ale - really? This was no better than a poor Pale Lager. 140308

Not a bad beer at all, but it seems much better before drinking. Its sister "Ambar Negra" is much better. Soft sweet aroma. Pale blond colour with very light head. Sweet malt flavor with a fruit palate.

A Mes rate: 33cl bottle thanks to Chris. Pale blonde colour with no head. Shockingly bad aroma with just some very off, rotting cardboard to note. Flavour was thankfully a little better. The cardboard is still there but less pronounced. Light malty notes and slight caramel with some slight oxidisation due to it being a year out of date. To be honest it probably did it a few favours... Not a world beater by any stretch of the imagination.
