A hazy yellow colored beer, with a big white head. The aroma of sweet malts with a little sour notes. Very fruity. The taste is sparkling. There are malts with bitterness. A little dry. The aftertaste is bitter some dry and notes of sweet.

Huge, dense & fine white head, with some nice lace, over metallic golden beer; end of bottle specks of yeast. Creamy nose with an aroma reminiscent of lactose, white candi sugar, and spicy yeast. Dry flavour initially, pale malts, point of toasted malts, again impression of sugar, faint spiced wood; finish getting sweeter, destroying the first dry impression. Warming even further, some bitter almonds. Medium bodied, quite slick. Why reinvent hot water??? This is a tripel as there are thirteen to the dozen. Except, of course, for the mindboggling, astronomical pricetag...
