Cask conditioned at The Talbot (Amber Ales Brewery Tap), Ripley, Derby’s. Amber with white head. Initially quite sweetish with a fruity, apricot edge. This develops into quite a spicy, hoppy beer, sharpish with a peppery note. Decent and lasting.
