<i> Cask at The Lion Hotel, Belper, Derbyshire, 17-01-08 </i> Amber in colour with a bit more sweetness on the nose than hops, I quite liked this beer there was toffee flavours flying around and it had pretty good depth, if I have one criticism, it is that this could have been really good if they’d curbed the sweetness and hopped it a bit more, a better and more refined pint than the Winter Ruby though.
