Bottle from the wee Pivoteka in Vrsovice. Pours darkest Brown with a Brown head. Im surprised by how low this rates. I really enjoyed it. I’m very fond of chilli in porter though. The base beer is solid and the use of chilli is sparing. The warmth in your chest could be coming from the booze or the chilli. Either way, it’s working.

nice choco, and spices aroma, thick body, color, dark brown almost black, few sips are fine, then it starts to bite throat, but if you dont like it you shloudnt buy something with chili :) imo 0.5 l is too much, bottle 0,3 could be enough, finish big bottle is quite hard

Butelka. Piwo rozczarowuje, zamiast goryczki ostre chili, w nadmiernej ilości. Piana drobna szybko opadająca do zera. Barwa ciemna, bursztynowa.

Aroma same as in Grand imperial porter. (week and something’s slightly wrong) apearance same, almost black, minimal head. Taste: well, a lot of chili. That kinda covers the taste. Rest is same as grand imperial: some coffe, some chocolate (classic baltic porter) full body. It’s really warming up, but in other aspects chili is kinda destroying that great beer. Idea might be nice, but classic grand imperial porter is just way better.

Aroma: roasted dark malts, dried red fruits. Appearance: black color, poor beige head. Taste: low bitterness, roasted dark malts, dried red fruits, bitter chocolate, intensive chilli notes. Palate: full body and medium carbonation, zesty chilli finish. Overall: Strange interpretation of the standard baltic porter. I am not a fan of a such stuff.

Jednak pasuje to bardziej do potraw niż do portera...

Quite similar to Amber Grand porter, but chili addition makes finish very hot and lasting. Advice: share the 0.5 l bottle. For one person it is a challenge.

Butlka 0,5 l. W zapachy wyrób czekoladopodobny (kto pamięta?). Barwa ciemna, rubinowa, klarowna. Piana dość obfita, średnio- i drobno pęcherzykowa.

Bottle, from a NSW bottle store. As opposed to its "normal" Baltic Porter sister, I can’t say that this beer impressed me much at all. Malt syrup on the nose and cheap chocolate on the flavour. Ordibnary and cloying. Even the chili becomes irrelevant on this scenario. I’d have the sister a thousand times.
